INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE OF VISIONTEK:

Visiontek is a well known reputed core company in india.It''s a landmark and made legendary symbol for telecom service.The company has many research and manufacturing profiles maintaining under VISIONTEK. It having a wide range of development in both electrical and electronic manufacturing and services as per regulations.
Interview Experience:
Hi this is Manikanta. I attended for the role of Graduate engineer trainee position in VISIONTEK. It came to my college while i'm pursuing my graduation final year. The interview is very excited and friendly to me. We are totally 150 students participated for the interview from my college.
HR conducted 2 rounds Written and Ability
Test. I cleared these rounds then I got shortlisted for next 2 final rounds Techinical and HR which commenced at Visiontek Main branch ,Hyderabad.
Written Test:
Test consists of very simple questions, related to some basic mathematical questions based on quantitative, reasoning,
Electronics and English. It is easy to clear if you have familiar idea in
electronics.
Ability Test is very interesting and they asks different real time questions
like Reason behind blinking of bulbs, etc...,
Technical Round:
It is some what toughest round covers so many things. As i am
an elctrical engineer, they asks me which is your favourite subject i explained Machines.Then he asks some basic questions it's not tough for an Electrical engineer.After
that I explain Assembly language instructions, MOV, ADD, ....
Then he asks to a write a program " check two strings are same or not without using
string functions".
HR:
It's just some formal questions and personal questions which were related to me and some behaviourial questions.
Finally
i got selected. HR calls me and say you have a training for 45 days on Embedded
systems. Then 6 Months training on Visiontek products and how to deal with
their products. After Six months they gave appraisal form about my Performance then my position is permitted as an employee in visiontek Company.
I am very for getting placed and working core related field.My advice is prepare well for your interviews and be confident and excel your skills to get your loving job. ALL THE BEST.
