Interview Process:
Hi ! this is Rohan. I got an interview call through some staffing agency.The first round is normal introduction round .I came for the Risk transaction investigator position.
First Round:
The first round is normal introduction round. They gave a topic and when i completed my topic the HR gave me another as "TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF" .I got selected for the first round. Then after we moved for the second round of interview process.In the first round the simple trick to get selected is be confident about your communication and selection words while you presenting is very important.
Second Round:
The second round is completely the voice and accent round as we need to talk some phonetic words in front of the analyzer machine. The machine will analyze our pitch rate and pronunciation of the words.The important one is again be confident and spoke well.
Third Round:
Third round is Telephonic round in this round either we got call directly to your mobile or else through skype. To mobile be confident and perform with loud and clear voice. Through skype you need to take care two things mainly your presence of mind and eye sight and another one is your clear voice while talking over microphone.
Fourth Round:
Fourth round is some managerial round in this round we interviewed with higher managerial official in office.They will ask some risk solving process.What is your role and opinion to get solve this issue. Think twice while you answering such type of issues and answer gentle.
Final Round:
It's totally dependent to the HR , maximum it will be HR round about some personal questions about or else about your academics or else some technical related issues.
Be confident and present well . Everything is when we tried in a possible right way.Believe on it .
